ECO OIL RESOURCE EOOD is a waste oil recovery organization within the meaning of the Waste Management Act

We hold a permit under Art. 81(1) of the Waste Management Act — Decision No. ООп-ОМ-07-00 of 13 July 2017 of the Minister of Environment and Water, as amended by Decision No. ООп-ОМ-07-01 of 27 October 2021 and Decision No. ООп-ОМ-07-02 of 16 November 2022

Since 2017, we have organized the fulfilment of our members’ obligations for the collection and recovery of waste oils and assisted with related reporting

We work through a network of entities that hold the required documentation for the respective activities under the Waste Management Act

Every stage — from collection to final recovery — is documented with the applicable primary, transport, and reporting records

Eco Oil Resource operates as a waste-oil recovery organization under a permit issued by the Minister of Environment and Water:

• Decision No. ООп-ОМ-07-00 of 13 July 2017 — issue of the permit;
• Decision No. ООп-ОМ-07-01 of 27 October 2021 (PDF, opens in a new tab) — extends the term to 31 December 2026 and approves the waste-oil management programme (PDF, 8 MB);
• Decision No. ООп-ОМ-07-02 of 16 November 2022 — amendment

Attainment of the recovery targets is established each year by an order of the Minister
The list of waste-oil recovery organizations is maintained by the Ministry of Environment and Water
