Collection and Recovery

We organize the collection of used oils and their handover to entities holding the required permits or registration documents under the Waste Management Act.

Applicable documentation for origin, quantity, transportation, and handover is maintained for every activity.

Regeneration and Resource Reuse

A portion of used oils is directed to R9 — re-refining of oils or other reuse of oils.

Through regeneration, used oil is processed into a resource that can be utilized again in the manufacture of lubricant products.

Reporting

We assist with processing data on the quantities of oils placed on the market and with the required reporting under applicable regulations.

Members submit their current data through Portal 2.0.

We help manufacturers and importers determine:

• whether they have obligations for the respective oils;
• which quantities must be declared;
• what documentation is required;
• what deadlines apply;
• how regulatory changes affect their operations.
